This Bellora, a Venetian sparkling wine from the Veronese region, playfully blends classic Garganega and Chardonnay. Careful, temperature-controlled maceration – a key element in achieving those complex aromas – is followed by a Charmat second fermentation, refined with a three-month aging. The result is a remarkably light and zesty wine, with a vibrant 6.2g/L of total acidity, making it ideal for kicking off a meal, or particularly well-suited alongside pasta or seafood dishes.
