Beyra Origin: 100 % Riesling grapes from a vineyard plot at 750 m altitude, located in the parish of Vermiosa, within the Castelo Rodrigo sub-region, on silty soils with quartz veins. Vinification: Grapes hand‑picked, fully destemmed and crushed immediately. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at 16‑17 °C for roughly 20 days using indigenous yeast. The wine undergoes “batonnage” (lees stirring) until bottling at the end of January, then ages in bottle for five months at the winery.
