The meticulous hand-harvesting, careful de-stemming and immediate crushing are just the first notes in this compelling story. The gentle maceration, combined with the ‘delestage’ technique, ensures the best expression from the Spanish-influenced Jaén, Tinta Roriz and Aragonez grapes, alongside the classic Touriga Nacional. The result is a deliciously concentrated wine with impressive volume, bursting with wild berry and spice notes, and a subtle hint of rock sugar that evokes the vineyards of Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo.
