BiniVista The wine is named in honour of the Puig de Masanella mountain, which is part of the Tramontana range. At 1,365 metres it is the second‑highest mountain on the island and sits right in front of the winery, next to Puig Major, the king of all the mountains of Mallorca. The Garnacha vineyards face this mountain at an angle of 358° relative to the winery. Vinification: The Grenache for this wine was harvested on 18 and 19 August, about 12 days before the Grenache for the reds. It was chilled overnight, manually selected, destemmed and crushed, then pressed very slowly to extract only enough colour and aromatic compounds from the skins. After fermentation and transfer, a master‑blending session was required. The Grenache vinified as rosé, on its own, did not convey the usual beauty of a rosé, so creativity was needed! First, some Grenache vinified as red was added, and finally a touch of Manto Negro, vinified as rosé and slightly more fruit‑forward, plus a hint of Sauvignon Blanc – that brought the magic. It aged in stainless‑steel tanks for six months, was bottled in March 2022, and released in May 2022. Massanella is the perfect rosé for those long‑awaited sunny moments when you want to drink something beautiful and cheerful! It’s guaranteed to make your smile even wider and is best paired with your music and favourite people! If you feel hungry, don’t worry; this wine also pairs wonderfully with any prawns or ceviche dish. Massanella should be enjoyed very chilled. Allergen information: contains sulfites. SKU: 110015
