BiniVista Vinification: During the pre‑blending work of the 2021 whites and rosés in December 2021, all the reds were also tasted. Both those resting in steel tanks and those in barrels. None of the reds were blended at that point, remaining as the original single‑varietal wines they were. It became clear that the aim was to create a Grenache‑based red to launch early, with all its youthful charm and fruity splendor. During the final adjustments of the blend in January, a small proportion of the Merlot resting on oak was added to give a bit more body and sensuality. This fruity wine aged in a stainless‑steel tank for six months, was bottled in March 2022 and released in May 2022. A fresh, bright red that brings spring into the living room and should be enjoyed immediately, without further delay. Delicious with tuna! A large, thick, well‑marbled cut with fat. Grill for one minute on each side, leaving it perfectly raw inside. Cover with a sauce made from good olive oil, diced red onion, chives, capers and a touch of lemon juice, and you’ve got a ticket to paradise! Or enjoy a generous glass—or more—of Alaro alone in the glow of sunset. It’s the perfect wine for sunny summer afternoons! With or without food, but always fresh and in great company.
