The Blog by Tiago Cabaço is a terroir-driven red wine, produced from the finest parcels of very limited-production vineyards. Its intense ruby color reveals a seductive aromatic profile, marked by red cherries, redcurrants and plums, accompanied by delicate floral notes and expressive minerality. Intense and determined, yet at the same time smooth, elegant and fresh, it offers an enveloping texture and an extraordinarily long finish. It is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, half new and half second-year, adding depth and complexity to the whole. Tiago Cabaço has already moved beyond being an emerging talent from the Alentejo and today stands out as one of the most solid and distinctive names in the new generation of Alentejo producers. Born and raised in Estremoz, in the heart of the Alentejo wine country, he grew up working in the fields from a very young age, in his parents' vineyard, learning from the elders the small and great secrets of the vine. Today, Tiago Cabaço is regarded as one of the most reliable and promising producers in the Alentejo, with a range of wines that are seductive and serious, modern in style and form, yet deeply Alentejan in character.
