This Mauro 2018 took its time – a leisurely 15 months aging in a mix of French and American oak barrels – and finally graced our palates in April 2020. The Aragonez certainly benefited from this extended period, absorbing some wonderfully complex nuances. Expect a wine that's a touch more contemplative than usual, yet brimming with vibrant acidity and firm tannins; ideally paired with a perfectly grilled beef dish.
