This Bolota Dourada clearly enjoyed its extended time in oak barrels – it’s practically made friends with the French and American varieties! The full maceration gives it a wonderfully intense and fruity character, subtly enhanced by the elegance that only Trincadeira and Cabernet Sauvignon can provide. Expect a wine with good body and structure, ideally paired with grilled meats or a classic chicken stroganoff.
