The VDS team has brilliantly captured a surprising depth, balancing the crisp freshness of the Loureiro with the vibrant character of the Rabigato, all underpinned by the Códega’s understated elegance. It’s a genuinely lively wine, perfect alongside grilled fish or, for the truly adventurous, a hearty feijoada to really bring out those citrus and fruity notes.
