This Bote Regional Lisboa certainly seems to have woken up with a bit of a…kick. It suggests a producer who isn’t afraid to give the grapes a good shake, with a cool maceration alongside Castelão and Syrah, underpinned by Aragonez for structure. The fermentation, a spirited run between 16°C and 24°C, clearly left its mark – perfect paired with a robust, grilled beef dish.
