Description

Brejinho da Costa: the reflection of the sun on the sea, the scent of wet sand, and the maritime breeze that sweeps through the vineyard inspired this wine. Its elegance and complexity, combined with a soft, fresh mouthfeel, offer a unique expression of the vineyard. The wine balances in a fresh, elegant style, boasting an open colour and a remarkable aromatic complexity. On the palate it is long, with velvety tannins that lend structure, mineral notes, and a rich, intense, and persistent finish. Made from hand‑picked and selected grapes, the juice was immediately pressed gently to preserve all varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless‑steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12 °C to 15 °C, preserving elegance and aromatic character, followed by a six‑month ageing in French oak barrels.
