Brejinho da Costa The Brejinho da Costa Alvarinho is the reflection of the sun on the sea, the scent of wet sand and the sea breeze that sweeps through the vineyard – all of which inspired its creation. Its elegance and complexity, coupled with a smooth, fresh mouthfeel, uniquely express the vineyard. Grapes are hand‑picked and immediately taken to the cellar, where they are gently pressed to preserve all varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless‑steel tanks kept at a controlled temperature of 12 °C to 15 °C, safeguarding the wine’s elegance and aromatic character.
