This Cabriz Seleccionada rosé from the Dão certainly seems to have been born with the sea in mind. The Alfrocheiro gives it a wonderful freshness that plays beautifully with grilled fish, and a touch of Touriga Nacional adds a sophisticated elegance – almost like a hint of olive oil. Seriously, it’s delightful as an aperitivo, but we’re daring to suggest it would be fantastic with a shrimp salad.
