This Douro Cadao is a delightfully bold expression of the region – a real showstopper thanks to its unusual blend of Viosinho, Gouveio, and Moscatel. The Moscatel bursts forth with a youthful exuberance of floral aromas and ripe white stone fruit, while the Viosinho and Gouveio bring a refined, mineral structure, very much in keeping with the Douro’s character. Seriously, it’s fantastic with grilled beef or aged cheeses – perhaps paired with a Trincadeira for a truly harmonious experience.
