This Caiado Rosé from Adega Major clearly benefited from some serious attention to detail – hand-picked grapes, a gentle extraction using Touriga Nacional’s demands in mind, and a delicate press to retain the Castelão and Aragonez’s elegance. Fermented at between 14 and 16°C, it's a wine brimming with fresh fruit. Crafted by Rui Reguinga, Carlos Rodrigues, and Bruno Pinto, it offers a vibrant acidity – ideal for grilled fish or a refreshing fruit salad. A reliably good choice for those who favour a light and crisp rosé.
