The goal of Cair Cuvée is to produce a fresh wine, rich in fruit, indulgent and flavorful. To achieve this, vineyards with an average age of 25 years are used, controlling yields to obtain maximum quality. The Tempranillo grape is complemented by a percentage of Merlot grown in the municipality of Moradillo de Roa. This plot sits at 950 metres above sea level, and its slow ripening imparts vibrancy and complexity to the wine.
