This Vinho Verde from Caves Campelo certainly seems to have had a colourful past – both in the vineyard and with the renewed direction of enologist Reinaldo Pinho. Blending Viosinho and Gouveio, it’s expected to deliver that characteristic regional vibrancy, now refined by Óscar Lima and guided by Rui Miranda. A bottle that’s clearly aiming for a surprise – and perhaps even a little delight for the drinker! Perfect with a fresh white fish, of course.
