Made from Touriga Nacional and Castelão grapes, it is produced through meticulous winemaking, with fermentation in small tanks and aging in stainless‑steel tanks and used French oak barrels. In the glass, it displays a slightly open garnet hue. Its intense aroma blends floral notes with the freshness of raspberries and currants. On the palate, it is smooth, full of sweet, clean fruit, balanced by a lively and refreshing acidity. The finish is fresh, lively, and very appetizing, always inviting another glass. The Campolargo family, with a winemaking tradition dating back to the 1990s, preserves a legacy of innovation and dedication, exploring grape varieties and techniques that enhance Bairrada's potential.
