Description

With Quintas in the Upper Douro, near Almendra, the Casa Agrícola Roboredo Madeira has been tied to the region’s viticulture since the late nineteenth century. The oldest vineyard dates back to 1966, and since then new traditional varieties have been introduced and converted to organic production. Since building the cellar in 2004, the wines have reflected a passion for the land and a respect for nature, tasting of earth, schist, grass, flowers, and wild fruit. (Illustrative image only)
