Fermented at a cool 14°C with weekly lees stirring, it delivers a luxuriously smooth texture and impressive complexity. A vibrant, pale-yellow wine brimming with white berry fruit and excellent concentration, finishing incredibly refreshingly. Perfect with grilled fish or, perhaps, a beautifully roasted chicken.
