This Cartuxa, from the Fundação Eugénio de Almeida, is a beautifully restrained Alentejo wine – earning a respectable 90 points from Wine Spectator. Crafted using Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Roupeiro, these indigenous grapes showcase their characteristic freshness and vibrancy. Expect a lovely pale yellow hue, a testament to careful maturation, and a persistent, harmonious character with a medium body.
