Cartuxa Red is a blend of Alicante Bouschet and Aragonês grown on the oldest vineyards of Fundação Eugénio de Almeida. The grapes are crushed and fermented in temperature‑controlled stainless‑steel tanks. The wine is aged in bottle for 18 months before release.
