It seems someone had the brilliant notion of taking some of the Douro’s finest wines and… distilling them. A frankly audacious undertaking that raises a rather eyebrow, but at least it’s spent two years maturing in oak barrels. An eternity, perhaps, for a *graça*. Definitely something to chase a memory – and perhaps a slight hangover.
