Casa da Passarella O Enxertia is born from the heterogeneity of our vineyard. Every year the edaphic‑climatic conditions differ, so we choose the variety that performs best in each vintage. Guided by this philosophy, we feel free to select the most expressive grape each year, and we opened this line with Alfrocheiro. Fermentation occurred in a concrete tank with spontaneous yeast. The wine spent 12 months in barrel and 18 months in bottle, with the entire stabilization process carried out using minimalist and natural techniques.
