Casa da Passarella The traditional vinification was carried out in a granite mill, following centuries‑old techniques common to the region, and two years later, in the spring of 2011, a long bottling maturation process began. From vine to wine, this 2011 vintage is the heir to fascinating stories – traditions shared by fathers and sons, both by great names of Portuguese oenology from the past and by humble, wise people for whom these lands hold no secrets.
