We are looking at a producer who has risen from the ashes. He has come to stay and write a new chapter, yet the house’s history dates back to the 19th century when it was first built. Great wines were born here, including the renowned P63 once vinified by José Maria da Fonseca. Time had left the estate “abandoned” in the wine world, with only a faint memory of its former glory. The new owner, of good taste and extreme dedication, has revived it, giving birth to the new Casa da Passarella to write a fresh chapter for this house and the Dão region.
