We are looking at a producer that has risen from the ashes. He came to stay and write a new story, but the history of this house dates back to the 19th century when it was built. Great wines were born from this house and its vineyards, and who can forget the P63, then vinified by José Maria da Fonseca? Fate left the place “abandoned” to the wine world, keeping only a faint memory of the great wines that once sprang from it. The new owner, a person of good taste and extreme dedication to doing things well, also stepped in. Thus was born the new Casa da Passarella, to write a fresh chapter in the history of this house and the Dão region. The wines are excellent, crafted with rigor and an abundant desire to deliver the best.
