Description

This Quinta dos Castelares Reserva, hailing from the very heart of the Douro Superior, feels like it’s been nurtured by a touch of magic – specifically, the influence of the willow tree and the vines nestled beside the Souro River, at an impressive 600 metres above sea level. Predominantly crafted from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, it bursts with dark fruit aromas, reminiscent of an untouched forest. The elegance achieved through ageing in French and American oak barrels is truly remarkable, and it pairs beautifully with grilled beef, enhancing its complexity and fresh character.
