The Casa de Mouraz Rosé stands out for its vibrant colour and intense aromatic profile, featuring notes of fresh red fruit. On the palate it delivers excellent body, freshness and a balanced acidity that give it depth and elegance. Dry, engaging and well‑structured, it is a versatile rosé that authentically expresses Casa de Mouraz’s character. At Casa de Mouraz all vines are grown organically, without herbicides or synthetic agrochemicals, certified by ECOCERT since 1996. The soil is fertilised through seed beds and organic composts. Vine treatments use natural products such as copper, sulfur, seaweed, clay and plant teas. Biological farming at Casa de Mouraz is guided by respect for the soil, the plants, humans and life in its ecological diversity and integrity. Less manipulation means the soil produces a more authentic wine, faithfully reflecting the terroir and vineyard where it was created. Since late 2006, Casa de Mouraz has also adopted biodynamic practices, aiming to deepen the harmony between soil, plants, animals and humans. (Illustrative image only)
