This Loureiro from Casa de Paços is delightfully fresh, hinting at a “nouveau” style – it seems a little reluctant to be bottled so early! The cool fermentation has cleverly retained the natural sugars, hasn't it? The result is a wine brimming with floral and fruity aromas, reminiscent of green apple and a touch of tropical sweetness, all underpinned by a subtle, granitic minerality. Absolutely brilliant with grilled white fish and a pinch of black pepper.
