He's clearly taken inspiration from a Minho fairytale with this blend of Alvarinho, Loureiro and Avesso. The cool fermentation and fine lees aging really coax out the Avesso’s vibrant acidity and the Loureiro’s intense aromatics, all underpinned by the Alvarinho’s structure and signature minerality – perfect for pairing with grilled white fish and a squeeze of lemon.
