This Vinho Verde from Casa de Sezim is a fascinating reflection of the granite and sandy terroir, boasting vines that climb up to 350 metres. The exposure – bathed by east-southeast and southwest sun – really delivers on that signature vibrant acidity, thanks to the Loureiro and Sauvignon Blanc. A short period in inox tanks, combined with a brief time in oak, keeps the wine refreshingly bright and adds a subtle layer of complexity, making it ideal with grilled fish or a nice plate of fresh oysters.
