This Casa Santa Vitória Reserva is a lovely blend of Arinto and Chardonnay, aged in French oak barrels – clearly some investment there! It delivers a medium-bodied white with bright citrus and stone fruit flavours, subtly spiced. A fantastic pairing would be with grilled fish drizzled with lemon, or perhaps a comforting roast chicken with fragrant herbs.
