This Lisbon Sauvignon is a delightfully bold journey to the tropics. The coastal influence of the region, combined with a complex ageing process – including lees and, crucially, French, American and Hungarian oak – creates an explosion of aromas and flavours. The result is a vibrant wine, retaining the characteristic freshness of the grape, yet elevated with a surprising elegance imparted by the wood. Wonderful with fresh seafood or a cucumber and mint salad.
