The Touriga Nacional delivers its signature green pepper notes, balanced by the Merlot’s characteristic elegance. On the palate, the mature tannins and freshness of the Touriga Nacional play beautifully with the Merlot's smoothness, creating a medium-bodied wine with a lingering finish – truly evocative of the “bruma.” It would pair wonderfully with a hearty beef roast, or even a duck breast. That 16-point Grandes Escolhas award is a fitting recognition.
