This Castelo de Juromenha is a real mouthful – a deep ruby hue hinting at the pleasure to come. Blended with Juromenha, Alicante Bouschet and Aragonez, it bursts with wild berry flavours, reminiscent of a truly magical forest. The velvety body, already evident in the glass, promises a long, lingering finish, perhaps akin to a delicious almond and raisin cake – a pairing, I must admit, that seems to have a particular affinity.
