Castelo do Sulco Seleção do Enólogo rosé presents itself with a beautiful pink colour, aromas and flavours of raspberries and strawberries. On the palate it reveals itself fresh, balanced and elegant. Quinta do Gradil is referenced in the history of Portuguese wines since 1492. However, it was only in the 17th century that the vineyard and wine became part of the property's economic activity. But it was in the 19th century that one of the most decisive moments occurred, when Dona Maria do Carmo Romeiro da Fonseca inherited the Quinta do Gradil from her father, turning it into a reference agricultural business focused on wine production.
