The Tuscan project of Simone Nannetti presents this Cava d’Onice Sensis Brunello di Montalcino, a red where the Sangiovese reveals all its elegance, personality and power. Aged in Slovenian and French oak barrels, it surprises with ripe fruit, evocative hints of wet earth, tobacco and cedar, and a pronounced acidity that adds good freshness to the palate, alongside its mature and silky tannins. Though it can already be enjoyed, it will gain complexity and depth with more time in the bottle.
