Enologist Carla Martins’ touch, honed with French oak ageing, results in a wonderfully balanced wine, perfect alongside grilled meats or a hearty seafood stew. A pH of 3.53 and a respectable 0.9 g/dm³ of residual sugar only enhance its appeal.
