This “Céu na Terra” – literally “Sky on Earth” – is a wonderfully evocative name for a wine crafted with pure Alvarinho grapes from the Monção-Melgaço slopes. Liam Steevenson and Joana Santiago have poured their passion into this remarkably fresh and citrus-driven wine, which gains layers of complexity with age. It’s a seriously delicious pairing with seafood, particularly a vibrant arroz de marisco with a generous drizzle of olive oil and lemon. A truly memorable wine, reflecting the terroir beautifully.
