This Chateau Changyu Moser XV is undeniably a source of Chinese pride – and rightly so. Supervision from Lenz M. Moser, who spends half the year harvesting there, combined with the judicious use of 5 French oak barriques (including a significant amount of new wood), delivers a 24-month maturation that truly amplifies the Cabernet Sauvignon’s expressiveness.
