Chateau Changyu Moser XV Despite the impression of a certain “sweetness” on the palate, the wine is very dry. – The small grapes from Ningxia provide a lot of extraction (about 25 % more than European Cabernet Sauvignon grapes); because of the extremely dry climate, the skin‑to‑juice ratio yields more solids in the wine – resulting in a unique concentration of fruit flavours. The profile of this distinctive wine sits between a typical oak‑free Chardonnay and an Old‑World Sauvignon Blanc, introducing a wholly new flavour profile. The wine will age for a long period.
