The Chateau Changyu Moser XV O Grand VIN from the Château represents the latest generation of China’s top wines – among the world’s best! - 2016 was a truly fantastic year in Ningxia. - It’s richer, more flavourful, and tannic than the other great year of 2015. - Vineyards aged between 12 and 18 years. - 100 % Cabernet Sauvignon (small, healthy berries with dark seeds, 24–25 Brix). - Aged in five different French barrels (medium toasted, 80 % first‑use) in the Château’s cellar for 24 months. - Cultivation, fermentation, and blending are overseen by Lenz M. Moser, Head Winemaker of Chateau Changyu Moser XV, who spends the entire harvest season in Ningxia and visits the Château about five times a year – roughly three months in total.
