The harvest was completely exceptional thanks to the severe frost on April 28, 2017 that affected the Bordeaux vineyards. In the case of Cheval Blanc, this circumstance led to an atypical blend, with the highest proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon to date. The work of absolute precision, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, was rewarded with an intense wine, boasting bold freshness, a very long finish, and a fragrant bouquet.
