Château de Meursault As a true jewel of the Château, this Premier Cru is crafted from our finest vineyards. It hails from a warm zone where limestone brings minerality and balance. After manual sorting, pressing and decanting, the alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels lasts 10 days. The wine is then aged on lees for 18 months (33 % in new oak barrels, the rest in one‑ or two‑year‑old oak).
