The National Wine Cellar stores all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, yet it chooses to preserve the visual appearance that reflects their age. We select brands/regions that, by nature, display distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, wine is a living organism that ages over time, and even inside a bottle, its aromas evolve differently. Therefore, the National Wine Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate first, as this will help release its natural aromas after so many years sealed.
