Château La Tour Carnet is situated in the Haut‑Médoc sub‑region of Bordeaux. The wine produced there was classified as one of the ten Quatrième Crus in the historic 1855 Official Bordeaux Wine Classification, at the time known as the Carnet. The estate dates back to the early Middle Ages and has been owned by Bernard Magrez since 1999. Today, Château La Tour Carnet spans 126 hectares, of which 73 hectares are vineyards planted with 45 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 50 % Merlot, 3 % Cabernet Franc and 2 % Petit Verdot, alongside white varieties comprising 45 % Sauvignon Blanc, 15 % Sauvignon Gris and 30 % Sémillon. *(Illustrative image only)*
