From selecting the varietals and rootstocks best suited to the soils of Lagrange, through the myriad of meticulous vineyard care tasks carried out throughout the year, the production is kept as regular and eco‑friendly as possible. High planting density, strict pruning, leaf removal, July thinning, and a traditional sandy substrate all help ensure that the grapes produced are rich and concentrated.
