The National Cellar stores all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, yet it always preserves the visual character inherent to their age. We select brands/regions that typically reveal distinct traits in aged wine tastings. However, we inform you that wine is a living organism that, even sealed, evolves over time, and its aromas undergo different changes. Therefore the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate first, which will help release its natural aromas after many years of closure. If you choose to decant before serving, be patient so you can detect any sediment that a mature wine tends to develop.
