Description

Léoville Poyferré holds the classification of Second Grand Cru Classé, awarded in the 1855 Classification. From its vineyards comes this elegant and classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, the most representative grapes of Saint‑Julien, one of the most prestigious appellations in Bordeaux. The endless summer the region experienced in 2022 brought, in the opinion of the château’s winemakers, an unprecedented harvest, thanks to its imposing tannic structure and incredible smoothness, which herald a potential of decades.
